A few days back, due to internship purposes, I had to prepare a lot of article samples related to a different topic stated by different agencies. But I was facing a problem in sending them through the mail. They were all getting Queued. And consequently, my work samples couldn’t reach them at the proper time. How did I solve it?
Facing A Problem In Sending Files Through The Mail
Before solving this problem, let us first know what is queued mail?
A Queued mail is a type of mailing status wbut it is getting blocked due to some technical problems. In other words, the message is being processed by you but it’s not received by the sender. It means the mail is already in HES outbound MTA but for some reason, has not yet been accepted by the receiving mail server due to a temporary error.
Now, why does this happens?
Few reasons for Queued mail are:
- Sometimes, it happens that there is a large backlog of campaigns to be sent out, that time you might wait in a queue.
- The sender’s email address may not be valid or maybe a personal address and not a professional one.
Now how to get rid of this problem? Let us see:
- Open Settings-> Application Manager->
- Re-login your Gmail account.
- Resend the mail.
