From time to time, I keep having damaged EXE files on my computer.
They are not related one to another, and this is not a virus because I have checked with more than two antivirus software's.
I don't know the cause of this issue, but I want to know how can I repair exe files because I have searched online and haven't found a concrete solution.
Any help would be appreciated.

This actually is a virus-related issue. Nothing but a malware, virus, worm, etc can do thing you described. Free antivirus often do not find virus, my advice is either check your computer with other antivirus software, or (better solution) install a clean copy of windows.
See once a virus enters your PC it does damages to the files permanently. Even if you have repaired your PC by scanning with a suitable antivirus; you might be able to get rid of the virus but the damage is incorrigible. Hence the only solution is to format your C Drive (or wherever the core system files are present). You can however let the other data remain if you are sure that the virus is no longer residing in the other physical drives. As such you cannot repair exe files.
