Exchange Server 2010 works for Outlook 2007 but not 2010

Hello, experts!

The Exchange Server 2010 works fine with Outlook 2007 using the POP3 protocol for both internal and external use. Even though I use the same account, it doesn’t work for Outlook 2010. Why is this so? Ideas, anyone?

Exchange Server 2010 works for Outlook 2007 but not 2010

Did you by any chance receive any error messages or error codes when you tried your Exchange Server 2010 with Outlook 2010? Can you be more specific as what was happening when you tried using the Exchange Server with your Outlook 2010? Getting these error messages or error codes are quite important for us to be able to isolate the issue. Did the issue occur while you are setting up the server for Outlook 2010?
