Hello,

I am not shore what is the problem. My friend borrowed me his laptop, OS Windows XP. When start up was finished error message showed. This is so confused. On the Internet I try to search the answer but I couldn’t find.

Exception EInvalidPointer in module Ad-Aware2007.exe at 000042D5

You will need to reinstall the adware that you have just installed on your computer again, because it seems the setup application that you are using to install it is corrupt.

• Go the internet and search for the adware tool that you want to install.
• I will suggest that you try some trusted sites http://www.majorgeeks.com and download.cnet.com/windows downloads.

Once you have downloaded it, try installing it on your computer.

In case the adware tool has problems installing even after you get another copy, then the problem is with the computer.

You will need to restore it to an earlier state to remove any modifications that might have been made on it.
