Errors on Unlocking Email Accounts on Outlook

I need somebody who obtains any idea on how to put right difficulties regarding Outlook unlocking Email Accounts and providing error that says; “Cannot enlarge the file. Out of memory or system resources. Try closing other programs to free additional memory.” In addition, for a while my system power fails and goes into Safe Mode repeatedly. Your recommendations and help to this problem are highly appreciated.

Hello Liley Megan,

It seems like you are running a lot of programs subsequently and therefore the system is running on low memory space. You will have to close some programs for you to be able create some memory space of the system to allow outlook to send the process the message successfully.

The issue could also be arising due to outlook being blocked by the antivirus program that you are using or the firewall, so you may need to check the settings of the antivirus and firewall and unblock the outlook connection in case it has been blocked.

Hi,

You are actually getting this error due to low system virtual memory. Virtual memory is the space that windows use to open multiple programs. Since your settings are low memory and outlook itself cannot increase this memory. When this error comes to outlook you can see it in the notification area also. This option can help you to go to that particular area.

Since you have not mentioned any version of windows and outlook, I am unable to send you exact settings on your system. But as a general case we do it as follows.
