Hello,

When I want to start an Anime AVI, which is H364, I find an Unspecified Error message: 

I need a solution. Please help.

First of all try to Install latest codec Pack which contain H364 codec. You can download from https://www.videohelp.com/software/XviD-Codec. If its not working , than upgrade your DirectX files form : http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17431

If the problem still persist than try to reinstall your VGA driver which you will find form your Motherboard CD.If still not working than change your Player to run this file. You can use VLC player or KMPlayer.

as your snapshot shows that you use an old version of windows so i advice you to download and install weather VLC media player or K-Lite Mega Codec Player as both of them contain the most updated codecs plus an attractive Media Player and i prefer to use K-Lite Mega codec
