Error when using a debugger tool

Hi Gurus,

I was trying out a debugger tool when this error message appeared, see below. 

I have searched the web, and it seemed that no one has ever experienced this yet so no one has blogged about it and even given a resolution to it. 

Need to resolve this ASAP. 

Please help me!!!
