Error when launching Norton Ghost – System Runtime

I got this error while launching Norton Ghost, see screenshot below. 

However, I got a screen with the question mark (?) before this and clicked on Unable to determine status link.

I was new to Norton Ghost so I really needed your expertise here. 

Please help.  I hope you can provide a simple step by step procedure on how to resolve the issue.

Hi,

Try to download other application to your machine and then after downloading the new application before your install the application you just simply uninstall the old software from your PC and then try to install the downloaded application from your unit and then try scan or check the application if there an error files or maybe there an corrupted files from the application just simply check on that if it’s possible and then try to check or scan the version of your application if it’s suitable to your system and then just upgrade or download the latest version for your software.
