Error when installing Cisco unity

Hi. I’m a new user of Cisco unity. When I try to install the program, I get the following error message.

Setup
The following problem was found while verifying that system meets the installation requirements:
Unable to open a SQL connection to the Master database
Call Technical Support

Please help me.

Error when installing Cisco unity

 Actually, the information in this document is based on Cisco Unity 4.x. Here in this document explicate the recommended work “Unable to open a SQL connection. Call Technical Support” error message that appears in the installation of Cisco Unity. It is recommends that you have knowledge of Cisco Unity.

Just complete these steps: At first, you have to ensure that SQL installed in the Cisco server. Then ensure that the MSSQLSERVER runs on the server. If it does not work then you have to restart the MSSQLSERVER first and then install Cisco Unity.
