My machine has encountered a problem. I received an error message while installing a program.
I received the same program during un-installation. I have no idea for the error message.

Thanks for sharing your problem with us, it seems that some of registry files are missing from your computer. You can download the missing registry file from the Microsoft official website. Try to repair your registry with the help of Registry Repair Tool. Just download and install the registry repair Tool and scan for the corrupted registry.

Samlib.dll is direct link library essential to windows for security purpose blocking malware and spyware. You can retrieve it using system restore. Just restore your system to earlier time or restart your windows and before windows boot again you must press F8 and select Last Known Good Configuration.
