Error shown that ZWCAD+ application has stopped working

Hi experts,

I was trying to use ZWCAD+, but I found the following error message.

ZWCAD+ Application

ZWCAD+ Application has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is

available. Close program

Please give me a solution.

Hi Stevenson,

One of my friend was also facing the same error message, though, he figured out over a basic Google search and came with a solution to re-install it. Surprisingly, it executed all well with full functionality. The reason it generates this error message because of damaged application package because of improper shutting down of PC or crashing of software. At the end, re-installing the entire suite after uninstalling it would help you for sure.

Error shown that ZWCAD+ application has stopped working

Most of the time, this problem is only temporary and not serious. You can restart your computer and start the application again to see if it works. It is caused by the usual errors that programs encounter when running which may be due to other factors maybe from the operating system or some other stuff.

Also, make sure your operating system is supported and you don’t have any compatibility issue. The ZWCAD+, ZWCAD Architecture, and ZWCAD Mechanical products support Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows XP Service Pack 2 and higher, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. Your graphics accelerator should also have at least 128 MB video RAM and running on at least 1 GB RAM.

If you have all these requirements and you still can’t run the application, try reinstalling it. Click Start, Control Panel, and then Add or Remove Programs. Select ZWCAD+ then click Remove or Uninstall to uninstall the program. Restart your computer and install ZWCAD+ again. You may also try upgrading your software to ZWCAD+ 2014.

ZWCAD+ was developed by ZWSOFT or ZWCAD Software Co., Ltd. It is a CAD / CAM software provider with headquarters located in Guangzhou, China. Their chief business is the development of computer-aided design software products intended for 2D and 3D design application. It was in 2004 when they started distributing their products overseas.

The company’s original name was Guangzhou Chinaweal Longteng Technology Co., Ltd. which was founded in 1998 and changed in 2007 to the new name ZWCAD Software Co., Ltd.
