I have recently purchased a new cell phone Samsung Star Wireless and I set up the application Samsung PC Business.

But it was not functioning with computer which has Windows 7.

Every time I receive the message reading “This application might not been set up perfectly”.

I have tried to uninstall the application with the secure method but with the same outcome.

How can I remove the Samsung application (Mobile Blend System application, Switch System software).

Check the compatibility of the application with your operating system.

When you bought your cell phone, it comes with its own CD which contains the software to be installed in the computer so you can connect your phone to your pc and manage its contents or install some applications maybe and even synchronize your phone with the pc.

Try browsing the contents of the disc.

Look for a file there that contains the application’s system requirements.

Check carefully if the phone’s software is compatible with your Windows 7 operating system. If the software happens to be incompatible with Windows 7, try visiting Samsung’s website and search for the latest version of your phone’s software that is compatible with Windows 7.

You can also check your system for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check your computer.

If you don’t have one installed on your desktop, you may just use Windows’ disk check tool.

  1. Right-click drive C then select Properties.
  2. Click Tools tab.
  3. Click Check Now.
  4. Check Automatically fix file system errors then hit Start.
