I am getting this strange error while opening the Google Market in my Android Phone I have checked my internet connection it is up and running but the error is coming in Google Market only. Does anyone know what is the problem here?

Hopefully we can fix your issue with some simple steps. Follow the following steps to troubleshoot your problem.

Open Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All

Find Play Store Application.

Clear Cache and Force Stop it.

Get back to the Home Screen.
-
Open Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All again.

Find Google Play Services.
-
Clear Data and Force Stop it.
-
Power off your device.
-
Power on.
That's it, after following these steps the market shouldn't show any more errors.
