Error in printing E-mail with images

Whenever I try to print an e-mail with an image, instead of the image printing, what I get is just a placeholder space where the image should be. What we’d like is to have a control in printing these embedded images. Are there any available options in printing e-mails with embedded images in which you can control whether or not to print these images?

Hello there! If you are having a hard time printing an email with embedded images, try copying and pasting it to MS Word. If the pictures are copied and appear in the document, the email will be printed with the images in it. If you do not want to copy paste the email, I suggest that you change your internet explorer settings to default. Go to Tools then Internet Options. Select Security and then click Default. Also, make sure that the Show Pictures under Multimedia has a check mark on it. Take note that if the sender used a link shortcut instead of an image, the image won't print with the email.
