Error on Partial Vault Mirror 2012

My partial Vault Mirror 2012 software is not running.

When I try to run this software i get the following error message.

 

Error: Error loading IExplorerUtil. This is usually caused by the Vault Client not being installed or an DLL load error.

Hi,

Big picture but simple problem. Anyway problem is problem. And any problem is complex and the reason of headache before having a perfect solution. Let's talk about the solution. 

From your image, I came to a decision that the one and only thing you need to do is to change the version of .net. Change the .net version into 3.5 and get problem-free in this regard.

I think your problem will be solved.
