Error occurred while trying to import data from Thunderbird 7.0.1

Hello,

Thunderbird 7.0.1 importing error warning. While importing data from Thunderbird 7.0.1, I got this error message:

"An error occurred while trying to import data. Exception thrown during SafeInvoke: Exception has been thrown by a target of invocation."

It will be too tedious to do it manually one by one with the size of my saved contacts and emails. I am informed that the EM Client offers great things; with this I am hoping that there will be fixes for above mentioned problem/error.

Thanks.

Try exporting your emails from Thunderbird to .eml files. And then import the eml to eMClient. You can compare your emails by this method and you can also confirm if you are exporting everything properly. If you continue to receive the same issue, try sending your concern on this address: [email protected].

Hi Goldie, I think it is best to export your e-mails from Thunderbird into .eml files then import it into eMClient.  It was a bit more complex but it will allow you to compare the number of e-mails and make a confirmation if you are going to import all of your files.  I think it is a good program you just have to learn to cope with some of its issues.  Anyway, every program has its own issues.
