Got this error message when I tried to make my morning beautiful listening audio songs saying “An error occurred while troubleshooting”. Need experts’ advice to fix this issue as soon as possible. Your help would be appreciated.

An unexpected error has occurred. The troubleshooting wizard can’t continue.
The information is very incomplete. No information given as to what software is used when the error occurred. Anyway, the troubleshooting info will not appear if the application is not in trouble. If you are using Microsoft Windows and a third party software is doing the music playback, try using Windows Media Player to play the music. See if there’s a difference.
If you can play the music using Windows Media Player, try reinstalling the application you previously used. Check first if you still have its installer. If you no longer have it, just download the latest version from the software’s website. To uninstall, click Start, Control Panel, and then select Add or Remove Programs. Select the application from the list then click Uninstall or Remove. Restart your computer if needed.
Run the application’s installer or setup file to install it back or install the latest version. See if this works. Try also using VLC media player. The current latest version is 2.2.3.
