That’s odd. If that’s the case, before installing Adobe Photoshop make sure to check the program’s system requirements to better assess if it is compatible with your computer. You should first meet the requirements to be able to install the application successfully. Since you did not mention the version you are installing, visit Adobe again and check the system requirements.

If your computer meets the necessary requirements for Adobe Photoshop then you should be able to install it. Check if you have other Adobe products installed on your computer. If you have, uninstall all Adobe applications then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then select Disk Cleanup. Select drive C and then click OK.

Check “Setup log” and “Temporary files”, click OK, and then Delete Files. Restart your computer and then install Adobe Photoshop again. If the problem continues, run the installer as administrator. Right-click on Adobe Photoshop’s installer and select Properties. Select Compatibility tab then check “Run this program as an administrator” and then click OK. Start the installer again and you should be able to install Adobe Photoshop now.

Once Adobe Photoshop is installed, install the other Adobe products you previously removed to restore them on your computer.
