Error occurred while running Windows XP

I’ve two questions, which are quite related. First, what should I do if, for example, I start my computer and it does not open, instead an error message appears on my screen? Next, what if I do not receive an error message but my computer does not respond when I start my computer which is running on Windows XP?

Hi trish,

 

You know what. I think it's better of for you to keep on restarting your computer. That will make you any of your questions answered without any effort.  If you want things to get resolved specially when using a computer, be specific with what error message shows up or on which part the error message shows up in order for you to get a good answer.
