Error occurred while accepting license agreement for Kaspersky

Hi,

Recently I updated Kaspersky Security Center to v10.

Everything is good but I got the following error message when I try to click the accept license agreement under “Software Updates”.

How can I remove this error without having any trouble?

I also tried to search the solution from internet but I need your help to resolve the issue.

Any suggestion would be accepted.

Hello Black

The error that you have presented, states that you are trying to install the license in the properties of the Security Center This is a special license for virtual servers.

In order for the error to go away, please install the license under Repository – Key.

If the problem still persists, I suggest you contact Kaspersky support center. The will definitely help you solve your problem.

Hi,

I feel you are in properties of the security center and trying to save the license over there. You should know that this is meant for special case for virtual servers when you have more than 10. You need to come out of that and then save the license in the repository key. I hope that will solve your problem.
