Hello,

I am getting the following error message that shows error indicates the Windows NT is having trouble reading from the hard disk. Have you any idea to resolve this problem? I would be grateful to you for any assistance. Thanks in advance.

An error occurred reading the cure files

I think with this error, you probably have a problem with the installation of your game. If the problem happened just once, close your game then restart your computer. Try running your game again and see what happens. If it doesn’t work, make sure your computer meets all the requirements. If you downloaded the game, visit the website again and check the system requirements.

The game should support your operating system and the rest of your computer devices. If there is no compatibility issue in the system specifications, try reinstalling the game. Uninstall it then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then Disk Cleanup. Select drive C and click OK. Check “Temporary files” and “Setup log” [if available] then click OK and then click Delete Files.

Restart your computer and install the game back. You may also try disabling your antivirus when playing the game because sometimes it blocks the game’s processes.
