Hi,

I encountered an error message during the installation of MFL-Pro Suite. I restarted my PC as suggested but the same error displayed. How can I avoid this error properly? Provide the instruction and guide me how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

An error occurred during the installation. Please restart your PC, ensure all active application are closed -Then reinstall “MFL-Pro suite” ISO15-GetOS version-1

An error occurred during the installation MFL-Pro Suite

To solve this issue you will have to make some simple steps, first uninstall completely your device from your computer, then unplug your device for a while, next reconnect your device and it should be automatically updated, this happens because Windows 7 already has loaded several device drivers, so in some cases you only need to plug in your device.

An error occurred during the installation MFL-Pro Suite

This problem sometimes occurs during the installation. This problem usually occurs because of the absence of following directory on your PC.  Another cause is that you don't have the access right to the directory. If the trailing character of the error message is 1 then you are referring to the following Microsoft web site. Otherwise please consult a PC manufacturer to get a solution for this problem.
