Error occur installing time Enthought Python Distribution on my PC

Hi experts,

I have this error when I want to install Enthought Python Distribution on my PC with Windows7 (x86). I downloaded the installer from many servers and all have this error and I believe that is a problem with my PC. Please help me to install this software and tell me what is the problem with my PC?

Error occur installing time Enthought Python Distribution on my PC

The Enthought Python Distribution Free you are installing is now labeled with a different name. It is now called Enthought Canopy Express. To make sure you’ll be using the version designed for your operating system, visit Enthought Canopy Express 1.3. Select between 32-bit and 64-bit version. It supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

The download is around 210 MB so make sure you have enough space in your hard drive. Enthought Canopy Express comes with Python 2.7 as well as more than 30 core packages. For Mac, it supports Mac OS X 10.6.2 Snow Leopard, 10.7 Lion, and 10.8 Mountain Lion. It is also available for Linux.

So, instead of running the installer you have which is maybe not compatible with your operating system, download and install Enthought Canopy Express 1.3 instead. The installer you are using is probably for a different operating system or you are probably using the 64-bit installer though you are running x86 Windows 7 which is really not compatible.
