Error message while booking a flight online

I have been trying to get flight reservation for my trip and whenever I reach the transaction information I receive an Error Message asking me to reboot the reservation procedure. Now I have discovered that I have purchased two seats for the same trip. What should I do now?

Error message while booking a flight online

Hi

The problem with this was due the site of the air company is not good or the working of the site is not properly. So you need to call the air company and ask them to cancel one of the seat and pay back you the remaining charges if you have paid for both. But if you yet have not paid from credit card then there is no problem just call them and ask them that your site is not working properly and it showing me that your two seats has been reserved while I just have booked one seat. So kindly change this and reserve one seat for me only. Otherwise I will not pay you for the second seat. Hope this is the good solution for you.
