Error message when downloading in Limewire.

Hi,

I have downloaded using Limewire for sometime already but then an error message notification appears that says "unknown publisher".

I tried to re-install the Limewire again hoping it could fix the problem. It’s weird because I was able to download the software before. I had my PC in new re-formatted and upgraded, that’s why I’m downloading again. What should I have to do to solve this particular problem? Any suggestions are welcomed?

Error message when downloading in Limewire.

Hi Everthon,

What is the Limewire version you downloaded and installed?

Did you check the configurations it needs?

If you are getting Unknown publisher error there is a problem in the software you installed or it can be a Virus.

You said you re-formatted and upgraded your PC. After you reformatted did you install a genuine Virus Guard.

Sometimes the viruses deleting the path of the software we installed.
