You are facing a Registry editing problem. Are you using an Administrator Account? It so you may not face this problem. If you are using some other account then login to administrator account. See permissions. Right-click the C:/ or the drive where windows is installed and them properties.

Under security tab give permission to your own account in full. If this does not solve your problem them you have to go to start>run. Type regedit.exe and then press enter.

A window will appear. Delete all occurrence of the software in the registry and then try reinstalling. I should recommend you a latest updated antivirus installed in your computer.
