Error ive Mac lion extraction

When I try to upgrade Netconnect by I have 7.1R9 I get an error: "An error occurred while extracting one of the Network Connect Components". How to solve this problem help?

Error ive Mac lion extraction

I think you are doing a program installation on your computer when the error happened. If this is the first time that this happens, try restarting your computer then try it again. Restart the installation after the reboot. If the same thing happened and the same error appeared again, the problem is maybe with the installer you are using. It’s possible that the installer you are using is somewhat corrupted. This kind of problem can also be associated with incomplete download.

If the installer was downloaded from a website, try downloading the installer again and make sure that the download is complete. Try opening the installer again after downloading it. If the same error appeared, it’s possible that the file is really corrupted. Try downloading it from another website.
