Error from Installing Panda EndPiont Agent

Hi Experts,

Please have a look at the screenshot attached herewith. It belongs to the Installing Panda EndPiont Agent. It says “Error 5000. Contact your administrator”.

If you have any idea about the Error 5000, please help me. There is no other protection for my machine.

Error from Installing Panda EndPiont Agent

 

Hello.

Error 5000 is about the authentication process or it may be due to server problem at the client side.

Make sure that your software is licensed and not pirated.

Check your internet connection.

Server problem at the client side may be down so, try to connect it after a time span of an hour or so.

Error from Installing Panda EndPiont Agent

Hi Robert,

          Error 5000 is caused by an outdated installer, installers are continually being updated on the web server. If there is no old version on the computer the installer will not work. Another cause would be you lost internet connection during the installation process. If you have checked that there is an internet connection firewall or proxy servers will not let you access the URLs necessary for the installer to work. Here is what you can do :

• Outdated installers: Delete the previous version downloaded locally and then download a newer one from Panda Cloud Office.
• No Internet Connection: Check if the computer you are installing the program is detected by the network. Check the firewall if it is blocking network traffic, also check the date on the computer is correct. After doing so restart the computer.
• Cannot access URLs: check if you can access the address from the browser. If cannot access it check your settings.
