Hello, I got an error message saying: “FRM-92050: Failed to connect to the Server:/forms/Iservlet-1”.  I got it when I tried to log in to Oracle Application R12. This error message is coming from the Oracle Developer Forms Runtime – Web. Please help me solve my problem. This is my first time to encounter such kind of error and I have no idea how to fix this. Thanks a lot in advance I hope I’ll get quick responses.

Hello,

This error is received when the security settings in internet explorer set to high.

To resolve, open the internet explorer, click on tools, from the dropdown menu click on internet options

Now click on security- click on custom level button- explore and locate “enable Xss Filter” and click on disable

Now click on Ok, and on the prompt click on yes.

Close the internet explorer, and now try to log on to Oracle Application R12. Hopefully you will not receive this error now.

.

Hi Cindy,

There is no problem with your Oracle Application.

Just follow below simple steps and the error will be fixed.

  • Go to Control Panel – Internet Options.
  • Under Internet options go to Security – Custom Levels.
  • Scroll down and you will see option called “Enable XSS Filter” in that click on the radio button before “Disable” and click ok.
  • After you’ve clicked ok, the warning message pops-up which says “Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone” click yes.

Close all the programs properly and restart your computer.

After following the above steps your problem must have been resolved. 🙂

Regards,

Keaton Christopher
