ERROR: Failed to run ROBOFORM

Hello,

Iam running windows vista starter OS 1.8 ghz processor and iam using RoboForm v7.4.2     
I just clean up my registry today found 35 problems and fix issues using CCleaner. when I open roboform identity editor I get this error, does cleaning registry affect the application and would make an error?    
 

Any ideas why iam getting this error?

ERROR: Failed to run ROBOFORM

Hi, there is an easy solution for your problem. This error normally occur when you have disabled or corrupt identities. But you can solve it easily by using an identity repairing tool. Follow the given steps kindly:

1.      Download the latest version of identities.exe tool. This tool can repair and modify identity error.

2.      One you have downloaded this application execute it and follow the instructions to install it.

3.      When it is installed run a full scan of your system. It will find the files which are creating problem for you.

4.      Just click on repair and your problem will be solved.
