Error during VideoWave installation help

I am unable to install and run VideoWave in EMC8 on my system I have tried re installing the software again and again but it always gives me the following error. Does someone know how to resolve it?

Error during VideoWave installation help

Hello Dear,

I have a solution which works for me and many others.

You only need to do some changing. For me it was related to “region and language” option in the control panel.

You need to change the decimal sign “,” instead of this “.” Like me and change the grouping symbol “.” Into “,” . Now the only one change left and your application will work fine so you have to make sure that these changes will work fine with “United kingdom” set as the current location.
