I need help in fixing this error whenever I start Pixbook, it displays: “Error creating folder.”
Though I have already created the folder manually, I get a message that says the folder already exists when I try to create a new Pixbook.
Pixbook system requirements:
This application doesn’t require high computer specification so I’m sure it will run on your computer.
If you are not sure about the compatibility of your operating system, check the information above.
If you always get the same error about a folder already created on the destination or an error in creating a folder, carefully verify the path of the folder including other settings.
If you happen to create the folder manually without letting the software do it automatically for you, then stop creating any folder before opening Pixbook.
Let the software do it for you.
This means the album folder in the settings of the software is wrong.
To fix this you go in the top menu to Options > Settings > Browse and you go to 'DocumentsMy Pixbooks'.
Then you click OK (twice).
