You can remove it manually to your computer if it you cannot remove it using add remove programs from control panel. Go to drive where you install adobe Photoshop, Normally you can locate it to C:Program Files. Delete the Adobe Photoshop folder. It is not yet finished by deleting it to the folder where you installed it. There is called a registry. You need to delete also application registry keys and uninstall registry keys.

Delete also application registry keys

go to start then type regedit to search programs and files textbox then click enter. Then locate to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareAdobe then delete the adobe folder

Uninstall registry keys

The same step from above, go to registry, but this time you need to locate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareAdobe then delete the adobe folder
