Error 80200001 on Windows 7

Hi there,
 
I have a HP Notebook with  Windows 7 Professional. Everytime I make an attempt to run Windows Update,I find myself heading nowhere.The updates are stalled at 0% and an error code 80200001 is displayed on the screen.I have not been able to figure out any substantial information pertaining to the issue.Any guidance will be highly appreciated.

Dear User,

Sometimes you cannot install some of the updates. Refer to below link

but however my suggestion is.

Install these updates in batches. Like 5 at a time. And make sure not to include software and hardware updates. Also avoid installing windows and office updates together.

And try the small updates first. Make sure to restart your computer each time you install an update.

In order to resolve your issue, you would need to check if you have a working internet connection. To do this, Check your internet connection settings, and check if it is connected. Another way is to open your browser and type any website, if it connects to that website, you have a working internet connection. Second you need to enable the Background Intelligence Transfer Service and the screenshot is provided below: 

After that, check your windows update, it should be working properly now.
