Installing or reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Standard DC displays a message error, 28000 acrobat, licensing module installation failed. How can I resolve this problem?

To resolve this error, you must rename the Adobe folder. Go to the folder c: / program filesx86 / common file / adobe. Rename Adobe to Adobe.com. Navigate to the folder c: / users / username / appdata / local / adobe. Rename Adobe in Adobe.com. Adobe Acrobat DC must be installed after these steps.
