Error 1311 Source File Not Found.

I am unable to install SPSS Statistics product. I receive an error named ‘Error 1311. Source file not found’. How to resolve this error? My product is in the form of a compressed file, and I have Windows7 OS.

Error 1311 Source File Not Found.

All the required files are not extracted properly and hence are not available at the time of installation. So, follow the instructions given below to extract the files properly.

1. Right-click the compressed file (.zip).

2. Click on extract all option.

3. Now click on extract button.

4. On completion, a new folder will appear.

5. Run the product from this newly extracted folder by following the product installation instructions.
