Error 1311 occurred and source file not found

Hello ally,

When I try to install the Autodesk 2014, couldn’t able to complete successful. Ended up with an error message, installation stops there. Operating system is windows 8 and I have installed it before. Not able to figure the root cause? May be some files corrupted while downloading? Allies guide me to find the error. Thanks.

Error 1311 occurred and source file not found

This looks like you don’t have permission to access the file. It is a common problem that programs don’t have permission to access files and often produce this type of error.

Exit the setup. Then, right-click on the setup file, select “Run as administrator”. Then check if installation error shows up again.

This also might be the problem of your firewall. Firewalls often make troubles blocking file access. Turn your firewall into disabled mode. Then run the setup again.

If that doesn’t work, it is clear that your installation data is corrupted so you won’t be able to run installation process form the same setup file again. Download a fresh copy of this software and then install it.

Now you should be able to install your software perfectly.
