Error 108 during Diablo III installation

While installing Diablo 3, I encountered a message 'Error 108 An unexpected decryption error occurred'. The downloader showed it was 100% so I know the installation files were properly completed. How do I fix this? If I run the downloader again, do I need to point it to another location?

Error 108 during Diablo III installation

Hello Cunningham,

This issue arises when your download is not completed. Though your down-loader has shown you 100%, but it needs sometime to complete. I believe you might have closed it as soon as you saw 100% on it. 

You have to run the downloader again, but don't point it to another location, in that case it will start from scratch. Point it to the same location and let it finish. Even if it doesn't work, unfortunately you have download it again.
