ERP Management Agent Configuration Tool-error occurred while connecting to ERP server

                Hello! I am in a big company who use ILM 2007 which is connected to a SAP system. Yesterday when trying to connect with balancing string (suggested by Microsoft ) we get this error. What could be the best solution to fix this and connect successful? Thanks.

The cause of that problem has to do with the spaces or tabs as you have used them in the services file. You will need to look into the help of the ERP Management Agent Configuration Tool, and from there you will check for the 'load balancing'.

You will need to make sure that you are establishing the connection to the messaging server when using the logon groups as opposed to the application server host, and you can verify that by checking if the message server has a name that ends with a '00' as the system number. And then before you do load balancing, you will have to add the entries that are required in the services files, which is found at the following directory path: %WINDIR%System32Driversetcservices.
