Please mention the version whenever you are asking any problem related to any software. Because some certain versions have some certain bugs or issues which are faced by many users and afterwards those are also solved.
A few online posts suggest that it is something like a Silverlight splash screen is not loading. By inspecting and viewing the source in MyComputerSL.aspx it was found that it was looking for a file named MyComputerSLSplash.xaml.
If you are having HAP+ version 7.9, that file is missing because on the HAP website this file is missing in this version. You can copy the same file from the HAP+ version 7.8 or otherwise download or purchase HAP+ version 8 to solve this problem as in this version the bugs of v7.9 are fixed.
