EarthLink access software error occurred

Hi,

 

I just received this error during the installation of Smart Dialer software and the software has encountered an error. I reinstalled the software as recommended by the EarthLink but the error still existed. Now I am looking for the resolution that is why I preferred to avail an expert’s advice. Please provide any help.

EarthLink access software error occurred

In order to have this issue fixed, you must first do a clean uninstall of the current software. To do this, once you have removed the software, check the program files folder and manually delete the entire folder associated to EarthLink. Once you have done this, you have to shut down and restart your computer before attempting to install the software again. If this does not work, then you must consult EarthLink and let them know about what happened after doing a clean uninstall.
