When I run dropbox with remote desktop manager enterprise it runs perfectly fine but if it goes into hibernate it will freeze for some reason. Would reinstalling the application fix the problem?

Your observation regarding when it freezes is correct. Actually the issue that you have reported has been experienced by others as well and has been fixed.
The solution lies in upgrading your remote desktop manager to a newer version, the issue has been fixed in version 18.104.22.168 released in April 2013 (See Remote desktop manager change history and search for "Fixed a possible freeze with Dropbox after an hibernate").
So you need not reinstall either of the two applications dropbox or remote desktop manager enterprise.
