Downloading the page due to Mime-Type cannot be recognized

Hi,

Whenever I search for something on Wikipedia through Google and click on any article, Internet Explorer 8 gives me the prompt of downloading the page due to Mime-Type cannot be recognized.

Can anyone please explain me why this happens ? Thanks for help in advance.

Downloading the page due to Mime-Type cannot be recognized

Hi there, 

I talked with a friend to resolve this issue that we have here, and we both agreed that you should try the next thing, since it can give positive results. Open your E8 first, and go to Tools. Once there go to Internet Options. From there find and click on the security tab, and from that zone proceed and click Custom level. Once there put a tick on Automatic prompting for File Download. 

*Do not forget to save the settings and close E8 when done, restart the whole system and start all over.
