Downloading the NEXON game from the internet failed

Hello experts,

I downloaded the NEXON game from the internet but the download failed. I tried to download it again and it was successful. The problem now is that when I click on the downloaded game to install it, it gives an error message and fails to install the game.

How can I solve this?

Help me please.

Downloading the NEXON game from the internet failed

Hi,

Error code=-40 from the NEXON game occurs when the installation is interrupted or blocked by another program, especially external ones. You can solve this error by checking your fire wall or anti-virus which may be blocking the program or by clearing your temporary files and cache.
