Doesn’t work my LogMeIn MCafee exception

Hello everyone, I am a free user of  LMI. I have a lot of work in my office LAN. They are using McAfee antivirus for the server, so I install logmein McAfee exception to connect with them. But recently there has been a problem of using it, please help me, thanks.

Hello, Luz! I have reviewed on your post. I want to say that your McAfee exception is not working for its internal problem. In the meantime, you have to check on the settings of your PC's configuration as well as antivirus's support for this exception. Here you can get the culprits. Try this! If you have still problem, search for Google and visit to the forums. Best of luck!
