Does IBM’s dedicated BlueMix platform provide better collaborative cloud power?

One of my friends informed me that IBM’s has come out with this dedicated BlueMix platform which provides more options of DevOps to its customers. All the customers can utilize collaborative life cycle management for reducing the time and cost of testing on cloud. Does IBM’s dedicated BlueMix platform provide better collaborative cloud power?

Does IBM’s dedicated BlueMix platform provide better collaborative cloud power?

Cloud is remote environment for end user to run application on reliable server instead of running on each and every single computer. Openstack falls under category “Infrastructure as a Service(IaaS)”. Openstack provides infrastructure for private cloud means, Openstack makes it easy for users to add new instances. This infrastructure runs a platform on which a developer can deploy software application. Application later used by end user.

Definitely, Openstack is beneficial than non open stack.
