Display on phone acting glitchy

The display on my phone is acting "glitchy". One minute it will look fine and the next it will be sort of wavy/shaky. Is there any way to determine what might be the cause or how to fix this? I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. I tried deleting some apps thinking that they may be taking up space/power but that didn't seem to work. Other suggestions I can try? Thank you.

Hello,

Galaxy S4 is one of the best Android smartphones all over the world. Though it’s superb, it gives some issue as well.

First of all, try rebooting your phone. It’s one of the simplest troubleshooting technique that disappears most issues. Hold on the “Power” button and select “Restart”.

Update your phone’s firmware. Samsung has reported that an OTA update fixes ghosting or smearing display that was caused by a bug. From Apps, go to Settings >> About device >> Software update >> Update.

If still no solution, try to give a factory reset.

If neither of the techniques work, you should contact with your nearest customer care for help.
