Difference between PPT para office starter 2010 and PPT 2010

Hello! As a clerk, I have to maintain official documentation. At the same time, I have to deal with ppt para office starter 2010. Though it's named as starter, the utility is the same. The point is what is the difference between them? Please help me!

Microsoft Office Starter, most of the time is preloaded on purchases PCs. Software in the starter package has reduced functionality compared to the full suite, and will also contain advertising. When Office Starter is preloaded on a new PC, you can purchase the full suite and upgrade to the full Office suites at any time.
