DIALux evo 1 has encountered an error

I faced a problem while I was doing work on my project. The problem came at the time of shutting a door in the middle of the two rooms. Later with the collapse I have attempted to explore my project one more time however EVO shows error message. What should I perform at this time? Need assistance.

 

 

Error message: En el Module SolidModeller se ha producido el error 1001.

How can I fix this?

The problem here is very vague and the attached image is in a different language not even translated in English for users to understand it. I will just assume that the problem here is incompatibility. If the software you are using was downloaded from a website then visit that website again and check for the program’s system requirements. That’s the best way of checking its compatibility with your computer’s operating system. Since the dialog box in the image is from a different operating system and not from Microsoft Windows, your operating system should be included among the platforms listed in the system requirements.

If your operating system is not included on the list then you have an incompatible software. Since you already know now the cause of the problem, you may now download and install the version applicable to your operating system. You should also check if the software requires additional components to be installed so you can install them first before installing the program.
