To develop a directory to submit url, follow the steps below:
1. Create separate categories for each url and have them sorted out according to their categories. This helps to navigate quickly and easily through the directory. The categories should be as specific as possible to make it easy to navigate.
2. You could also separate the url's according to the topics. In categories you can add sub-folders called topics which will make it much easier to navigate through the directory.
3. Create images for the different categories and use a medium font. A small font may be difficult to read as there will be many listings in the directory.
4. If a category has a large number of listings then you can divide it into sub-categories to make it easier to navigate.
